Deadly Midland Train Crash Case Going To Grand Jury

No criminal charges have been filed since a train plowed through a parade float in November, killing four veterans. But a Midland County prosecutor says a grand jury will hear the case next week.
A grand jury next week will hear a case from a train crash in Midland that killed four veterans riding on a parade float and injured more than a dozen others. âWhat they'll hear is the evidence from the investigation by the police department, which is a very thorough investigation,â said Midland County assistant district attorney Eric Kalenak.
