On Think, Krys Boyd talked with Mando Rayo, co-author of “The Tacos of Texas” and Sylvia Casares, author of “The Enchilada Queen Cookbook: Enchiladas, Fajitas, Tamales, and More Classic Recipes from Texas-Mexico Border Kitchens” about two staples of the cuisine.
