Last week, The College Board released the latest batch of SAT scores for high school students – and they’re down nationwide. They’re even worse in Texas. 

In its fourth annual AP®  District Honor Roll from the College Board, 14 Texas school districts joined the national list of 477 U.S. and Canadian districts earning the honor.

And among those, six are in North Texas.

They include Carroll, Coppell, Frisco, Irving, Mesquite, and Plano.

What’s it take to make the list? The TEA puts it this way:

The College Board is keeping up with the digital times. Beginning today, high school students can look up their scores on Advanced Placement exams online instead of waiting for them to come in the mail.
