Video: Take A Stunning Look At Downtown Dallas Above The Fog

There are growing concerns that some drone operators violate Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including one rule that the operator must be able to see the drone. (The FAA calls it "don't fly beyond line of sight of the operator.") But that isn’t stopping drone operators in North Texas or elsewhere.

Fog blanketed North Texas Tuesday morning,delaying or canceling dozens of flights.
