The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: There’s a fear in Dallas that unfunded liabilities at the Dallas Police and Fire pension system fund could bankrupt the city. The plan’s reportedly $7 billion in debt, and if a court ordered the city to cover that debt, it couldn’t.
