There’s only a few days left to request tickets for “The 50th,” Dallas’ event honoring the memory of President John F. Kennedy.

You can apply for free tickets through Wednesday, July 31. You can request a maximum of two tickets and anyone 12 or older is welcome to attend.

About 5,000 tickets will be distributed through a random lottery and that list will be given to the Dallas Police Department for security screening. Those selected will be notified by the beginning of October.

“The 50th” will start at 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 22 at Dealey Plaza.
