It was startling, to understate, when Rush Limbaugh called Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke a "prostitute" and a "slut" last year (he botched her name, too, referring to her as "Susan.") But he isn't the only talking head who called women names or blamed them for violence enacted against females. And offenders weren't just men, either.
