Hundreds of Muslims from at least five Texas cities gathered on the steps of the state Capitol in Austin Thursday to address concerns in their community, and later meet with representatives.
It's the seventh annual Texas Muslim Capitol Day sponsored by the local chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Like another gathering in Garland two weeks ago, protesters showed up to send the message that many disagreed with Sharia law, and many shouted "Go Home!"
