The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Richard Fisher will hang up his hat as the head of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank. At his farewell speech Friday, he reflected on a decade of changes in the economy.

Also, two North Texas schools snagged division titles at the high school girls' basketball state championship this weekend. Finally, a new study has found that women have a harder time recovering from a heart attack than men.
