From The Newsroom: Letter Grades For Schools, Millions For Arts At SMU

The state is still not giving letter grades to public schools, but a North Texas non-profit is. And SMU receives the largest single gift in the history of the university. The Meadows Foundation is investing $45 million in the arts on campus.
