Fort Worth Star-Telegram
Dr. Lou Tierce testified in front of the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners in Austin on May 9. His license has been temporarily suspended.

In today’s All Things Considered local block from the KERA Newsroom:

The Bush Presidential Center hosted a major seminar on the Federal Reserve and monetary policy. As Bill Zeeble reports, former Fed Chair Ben Bernanke headlined, and former president George W. Bush moderated.

Also, DoualyXaykaothao speaks to supporters of Dr. Lou Tierce, the Fort Worth veterinarian accused of animal abuse. And filmmaker John Waters says artists don’t need to move to L.A. or New York City to kick off careers.

You can listen to the segment weekdays at 8:20 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. on KERA 90.1 FM.
