The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Developer Alamo Manhattan will reveal a revised version of its plan to build a five-story mixed-use development in the Bishop Arts District of North Oak Cliff. While most of the debate has focused on retaining the aesthetic of the neighborhood, some long-time residents worry they'll be pushed out.

Also, Dallas Love Field will install a bronze marker where Lyndon B. Johnson was sworn in as U.S. President after John F. Kennedy's 1963 assassination.

Finally, 508 Park Avenue was known for being a recording studio, but it also served as a film distribution center. The Big Screen team explores the building's history.

You can listen to North Texas stories weekdays at 8:20 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. on KERA 90.1 FM.
