Neighbors discuss downtown affordable housing development

Dallas, TX – Last night it was standing room only in the chapel at First United Methodist Church in downtown Dallas, where neighbors heard about a proposal to develop 511 N. Akard. Central Dallas Ministries and the Central Dallas Community Development Corporation want to turn this long-vacant 15-story tower into 209 affordable apartments.
