Miles will pick a total of 20 executive directors, and has already named 12, including current Thomas Jefferson High School principal Edward Conger and W.W. Samuell High’s principal Israel Cordero. They will help him implement his Destination 2020 plan designed to significantly improve academic performance over the next 8 years.
