Happy 99th To A Dallas Icon

Dallas, TX – Dallas City Council members sang Happy Birthday to Ebby Halliday Wednesday morning at City Hall.

Ms. Halliday turned 99 on Tuesday. She still works everyday, and keeps a busy civic and social schedule. So, what's the secret of her success in business and her longevity?

Ebby: Work hard to look to the interest of the people to whom you are selling something. My longevity is: I don't smoke, I don't drink and I don't retire.

Following cake and well-wishes, the 99 year old Dallas real estate icon headed off to chair a board meeting.
