Dallas – Dallas holds a unique place in the campaigns of two Presidential candidates who have ended their quests for the White House. Dallas is home for Attorney Fred Barron who raised millions for Edwards, and for businessman Roy Bailey whose fundraising made Guiliani the top recipient of Texas contributions. Mr. Baron has not returned our call, but Roy Bailey talked to KERA's Shelley Kofler during a cab ride in New York. He confirmed, Giuliani is dropping out of the race. We wanted to know what went wrong for the Republican who had an early lead and plenty of money.
