Track replacement will affect rail service in downtown Dallas for six weekends.

Weekend commuters on the DART will have to find alternate ways to get around downtown Dallas. The agency will be temporarily suspending service there for several weekends in order to replace tracks along Pacific Avenue and Bryan Street.

The service changes will start Saturday and run for six weekends to Nov. 30, including the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. DART shuttle buses will operate five temporary routes to serve affected stations.

Shuttle buses will be at these locations:

  • Green Line – between Victory Station and Deep Ellum Station
  • Orange Line – between Victory Station and LBJ/Central Station

DART is encouraging passengers to give extra time for travel during those six weekends, especially during weekend events and the Thanksgiving holiday. The agency will be posting any updates to service changes here.
