Update, 12:44 p.m.: The Dallas Morning News now reports that Cowboys Stadium will be officially renamed AT&T Stadium.
The name change is effective immediately.

According to the DMN, the two organizations have reached a naming rights agreement.
The Dallas Cowboys have sponsorship deals with other corporations inside the stadium, but sources say the economy was too sluggish to sell naming rights when the new stadium opened in 2009.
