No Charges Against Driver In Deadly Midland Veterans Parade

Midland Police say they will not file charges against the 50 year old driver of the truck hit by a Union Pacific train last month. The truck as carrying wounded veterans in a parade. Four people died. The Midland Reporter-Telegram has more.
While it is unclear if anyone has interviewed the driver involved in the Nov. 15 crash between the train and the parade float, the city announced Wednesday that charges will not be filed against him.
