Election officials don’t want anyone to be turned away from the polls next month because they thought they'd registered to vote online.

The Dallas County Elections Administrator wanted to clear up some confusion about Voter ID. You do not have to show a photo ID to vote if you have your registration card.

Today is the last day of early voting for the city council and school board elections across the metroplex this weekend. In Dallas County, only 18,000 people have turned out to vote early. County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole said she expected more.
