Three weeks after country singer Randy Travis was hospitalized for congestive heart failure and a subsequent stroke, he's finally leaving Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano, Texas. According to a press release, Travis has been relocated to an undisclosed physical therapy facility. 

Travis’ fiancée Mary Davis is quoted in the release: 

“Thanks to all the fans and friends for your continued prayers and support as Randy continues on the road to recovery.”

Doctors for country music star Randy Travis say that his condition is improving after he was hospitalized last week for congestive heart failure and a subsequent stroke.

UPDATE, 11:30 p.m.: Country music star Randy Travis, hospitalized in North Texas for congestive heart failure, suffered a stroke and had surgery Wednesday night. His publicists said he was again in critical condition.

Travis was admitted to a Texas hospital Sunday and is listed in critical condition, says his publicity agent.  The Grammy winner is suffering from complications of recently acquired viral cardiomyopathy.
