Plagued by government investigations including Medicare fraud, record settlements and mounting debt, the CEO of Tenet Healthcare believes the corporation has turned a corner on its problems. In a frank conversation with Lee Cullum, Trevor confronts the company's woes head-on and points to the fourth-quarter results in 2007 showing the first positive growth in admissions in over four years.
