Top Stories: Working On Solving Dallas' Stray Dog Problem; Spotlight On Fort Worth Movie Producer

Three philanthropic groups are teaming up to help reduce the number of stray dogs in southern Dallas. Communities Foundation of Texas, The Rees-Jones Foundation and the Dallas Foundation are contributing more than $13 million to fund a large spay and neuter initiative.
