Top Stories: Texas Unemployment Rate Dips Again; Discussing The North Texas Year In Art

A new report out today says the state of Texas is at the lowest monthly unemployment rate in four decades. Texas Workforce Commission data shows the unemployment rate has improved for the seventh month in a row with November unemployment slipping to a record 3.8 percent.
