The top local stories this morning from KERA News: Texas lawmakers will meet today to examine policies on how human fetal tissue is used for scientific research.
It’ll be the first hearing on the subject since a Harris County grand jury indicted two undercover anti-abortion activists circulated videos about how fetal tissue was obtained at Planned Parenthood clinics.
