The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: Police shootings across the country have dominated the headlines over the past year. We’re now getting a clearer picture of police shootings in Texas.
The Texas Tribune surveyed data from 36 cities, each with populations of more than 100,000. It found there were more than 650 shootings by police in those large cities in Texas between 2010 and 2015.
