A blast of arctic air is heading to North Texas -- just in time for New Year's Eve. Temperatures will dip below freezing Saturday night.

There's a chance of light rain and drizzle starting late Saturday-- and that could lead to icy spots on roads. Travel could become hazardous Saturday night and into Sunday -- the worst conditions are likely to the north and west of Dallas-Fort Worth -- that includes Collin and Denton counties.
