Top Stories: No Charges Against Officers In Dallas Police Shootings; One Year After The Travel Ban

A Dallas County grand jury is not bringing charges against Dallas police officers who were responsible for the death of a gunman who killed five officers in downtown in July 2016. KERA’s Stephanie Kuo reports.
