Top Stories: New Study On Texas Childcare; Startups Tackle Women’s Sexual Health

A new report says Texas needs to do a better job of caring and educating young kids.

The study by Children at Risk and funded by the Kellogg Foundation shows half of Texas children live in poverty and only half of Texas children start kindergarten ready to learn.
