Top Stories: Fuel Spill On Dallas North Tollway; Previewing Dallas International Film Festival

The top local stories this morning from KERA News: All lanes of the Dallas North Tollway were shut down early Thursday morning near Northwest Highway. An 18-wheeler struck a concrete barrier and spilled fuel.

Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane have reopened. Hazmat teams are at the site. The driver was not injured.
