Top Stories: Early Voting Begins For North Texas Runoff Elections

The top local stories this morning from KERA News:

Early voting has begun for runoff elections across North Texas.

Among the races: two city council seats in West and South Dallas. There’s also a runoff in Fort Worth for City Council District 2. Sal Espino’s retiring after nearly a dozen years in office. Five other council races are in a runoff in Denton, Frisco, Lewisville and Plano.

Early voting runs through June 6. Election Day is June 10.
