Top Stories: Dakota Access Protest Planned In Dallas; Checking Out The KAWS Exhibit In Cowtown

The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: A protest is planned this evening against the Dallas company behind a controversial oil pipeline in North Dakota. Kelcy Warren is CEO of Dallas-based Energy Transfer Partners, which is building the Dakota Access Pipeline.
