From The Newsroom: Wichita Falls Recovers From Drought; Superintendent Turnover

Wichita Falls began treating wastewater last year to boost its supply of drinking water.

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: One North Texas city hit hard by the drought is ending its wastewater recycling program.
