From The Newsroom: Tuba Christmas In Dallas; Taking Care Of 'Tent City' During The Holidays

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport estimates that more than 3 million passengers will arrive, depart or pass through this holiday season, now through New Year’s.

2015 was a good year for Matthew Newman. The North Texas entrepreneur decided to give back today by hosting a catered lunch for the residents of Tent City in downtown Dallas, a sprawling homeless encampment under the I-45 freeway.

In Dallas, hundreds of people gathered at Thanks-Giving Square for the 38th annual Tuba Christmas concert. 215 musicians played holiday tunes on an unusually warm winter day.
