From The Newsroom: 'Sanctuary Cities'; Triumph For SMU Basketball

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: There will be a hearing today on the so-called 'sanctuary cities' bill. Senate Bill 185 would allow local law enforcement to question a person's immigration status.

Also, there's new data out from the U.S. Department of Education on how schools use suspensions as a tool for discipline.
