From The Newsroom: Ebola Victim’s Family Settles With Hospital; Payday Loan Alternative

The family of Thomas Eric Duncan and Texas Presbyterian Hospital said Wednesday that they’ve settled. And a different option for those who used payday lenders was unveiled today by the city of Dallas and an Austin-based lender to small businesses.
