More AA Cancellations, More Stranded Passengers

Dallas, TX – At DFW Airport's Terminal D this morning the lines were long at the American Airlines ticket counters. Susie Sharp from Tulsa sat on her suitcase, surrounded by dozens of fourth thru 12th grade church choir members, and other chaperone parents, on their way to Toronto to perform, and sightsee.

Dave Smith, a commercial airline pilot from New Zealand, has spent nearly three days, trying to get from New Zealand, thru Los Angeles, to Fort Lauderdale Florida for some advanced pilot training. He's familiar with the A-D's or airworthiness directives, and how they can immediately ground planes. He says there's got to be a better way.

But 9 year old Robert Moore, part of the Tulsa church youth choir, says the cancellations and delays haven't been all bad
