CEO Mike Ullman took over the top post at JC Penney in 2004 on the heels of the company's revival under former CEO Allen Questrom. This month, Ullman banks on the launch of a new clothing line by Polo Ralph Lauren to boost the Texas-based company in a difficult economy. 2007 was a good year as JC Penney opened 50 new stores and renovated others. But, the fourth quarter ended down, in part, because of rising fuel and food prices and a slumping housing market. On CEO, Ullman talks with host Lee Cullum about the future of the nation's third-largest department store chain.
